It's just like the Grimlock kit that came out with Warbotron Computron and the Megatron kit that's coming out with Generation Toy Devastator, because those seem to all be actually the same company. Just like those, it's a kit sculpted by the Iron Factory dude but regular G1 instead of IF's IDW style.
