It looks like an overweight, green, fatimus prime with bulkhead's head slapped on instead of resembling anything remotely like bulkheads' previous designs. It almost just looks like a custom made from an optimus prime mold. Heck if anybody got this figure early before any announcement, posted pictures of it and called it a custom I would absolutely believe it. Look at him next to blaster, they practically have the same stature while bulkhead is supposed to be squat and round. And to know that people want a legacy styled lugnut Id say people shouldn't get there hopes up.
