Well, seeing as we’re sharing haul posts, I just got my King Crimson 1st from YAJ and my Narancia, Bruno 1st, Trish, and Spice Girl from Amiami yesterday. Also added Mista relatively recently.
Really pleased with them overall. Bruno’s design has been one of my favorites since reading part 5 and Bruno 1st is classy as fuck with his white suit and golden zippers.
King Crimson is just a phenominal stand design and Medicos really knocked it outta the park with his sculpt. KC 1st is my favorite colorway but I’m really interested in getting his 2nd and WF colorways eventually. Honestly, one of my favorite sculpts, up there with The World, Killer Queen, Golden Experience, and Crazy Diamond.
Narancia is nice. Good articulation, fairly accurately sculpted, and tons of accessories. I wish he came with another more relaxed face though.
Like Narancia, Mista is loaded with accessories. Between his gun, bullets effects, and Sex Pistols, there’s tons of cool shit you can do with the figure. I just wish he came with more displaying options for his accessories.
Trish is easily the most disappointing of the bunch. She’s pretty well sculpted and her paint job is fantastic, but her articulation is worse than the articulation on ANY of the Stardust Crusaders SAS. Her legs are heavily impeded by the rigid plastic used to sculpt her skirt and for some reason, Medicos decided to use a completely different design for her arms, joints and all. Her shoulder joints make it impossible to move her arms very far out to the side and her elbow joints are somehow as bad as Koichi’s. As terribley designed a figure she is, I could still recommend picking her up if you like the character and can find her cheap(hard to say no to $15 burger bucks).
Spice Girl is an improvemnt over Trish, having butterfly joints in her elbows instead of Trish’s ball joints. Unfortunately her shoulder joints appear to utilize a similar design as Trish’s, though they allow a larger range of motion.
