It was the Vinny Vegas gimmick that got Shawn Michaels and the WWF's attention and they brought him in as "Big Daddy Cool" Diesel. He would win the WWF Heavyweight Championship and would hold it for several months. He then went back to WCW as a part of the Outsiders/ nWo angle and was probably the 5th(?) Biggest star in WCW (for sure having Ric Flair, Hogan, Sting and Goldberg in front of him)
Anyways yeah Kevin Nash did pretty good for himself. He was "Tarzan" in Magic Mike (never seen it, but i understand it's pretty popular) "Francis" in John Wick
