I've got two guesses. Either he follows the precedent of updating old package art exactly, in which case we get our first Rattlor tease, or they could do like Ninjor and Clamp Chsmp and continue a "story", following up the She-ra box and having Mosquitor trying to use his power on her (and maybe tease a new Hordesman in the scene with him)
