As for the scratches, the shallow ones are base green with a bit of white (although cremeweiss or similar are better I think) and the deep ones are all made with Vallejo pic related (sorry about the darkness but the sun is too strong atm in that room). If I could knew what areas are made exactly in aluminum I would do some more scratches with humbrol 11, but whatever.
Rubing graphite is a nice idea, I'll try it in the big ones. I was going to buy the trumpeter tool but they were out of stock when I ordered, so I bought the next cheap one. I have to open it but they said it was really good
