There was some discussion about it at the figma general after the final model was shown at WonFes. A self-proclaimed grill said that it looked like Archetype Next She was sculpted as if it was wearing a bra, while the old Archetype She didn't.
Since the WiiFit Trainer uses a sports bra and it already comes with a sculpted "realistic" face, you'd only need to detail the clothes and sculpt the hair before painting it.
You'd have to get a new head or sculpt a new one with the old figma, not to mention that you'd also have to sculpt over the breasts so they don't look saggy.
