I skipped Active Changer, the bakugan-like magnetic gimmick don't appeal to me as much as the previous modular gimmicks.
I assume you're in SG. If so, the Shengtai guys are the official distributor. They control the price of the Tomica toys here so you can get it at whatever department stores, it's all the same and during festive sales they are 20% or 30% off. Whatever they bring in will usually hit clearance too so if you're patient you can wait for that. They don't bring in all things though, like the Drivehead Movie's toys. For things they skip and stuff I want sooner, I'd use
