I could pick out 30,000 words out of the dictionary right now that have existed for hundreds of years, but haven't been a part of our every day vocabulary for decades. The word only started gaining traction after gay marriage was legalized in the US, and facebook declared that it's a hate crime if you don't except
the fact that there are now 98,000 different genders. The fact that you're deflecting so hard, and have failed to pick ONE just ONE film from the 80s 90s or even early 2000 that has ever referenced that word is proof in it self that NOBODY in the mainstream media has used the word until about six years ago. Stop trying to re-write history. The word is used more often now, and nobody is arguing that. That should be enough for you.
