Except for like a year or two of experiments each(Knightfall AzBats, Jacket/Artemis Wonder Woman, Mullet/Red/Blue Superman), most of the big characters remained their classic selves, or established their modern looks. DC didn't really buy into the extreme era like Marvel did(mainly because DC didn't really push those extreme artists in the first place.)
The most extreme they got was Kelley Jones on Batman, and even then that was more expressionist horror than extreme.
