>>11311105Odds are some if not all of the OCs were likely G.I. Joe concepts repurposed as Action Masters. There was some attempt at making armor Joes in the line of Animes like MOSPEADA from 88 - 93 and Hasbro would let the teams platy around with the ideas but it never landed into what the designers wanted. Transformers' Action Masters, as well as GIJoe's Mega Marines and Star Brigade all had elements of what they wanted to due and allegedly they final got the green light to make their "Armor Tech" figures in 93 but it was to little to late as the line RAH was scrapped later that year.
