The best chance for a decent full-length fan game was that Russian Skyrim mod, but they haven't posted any updates on the project in a little over a year. More recently some guy is making a 2001 game in unity or unreal, but it looks like it's going to be a similar story. No mention of what the actual game will be like, just a tech demo. The models are fucked up too, they're missing vertices, and Tahu, Kopaka, and Lewa have symmetrical arms. This early in development, and him saying stuff like that "can't be fixed" is a big red flag.
