Most Hasbro beys were just repackaged Takara beys, but a few had minor changes
>Trypio couldn't fly>Metal Driger was modified to fit an Engine Gear>Hasbro reinforced the Wing Cross Attack Ring, making Bistool significantly good>Replacing Draciel MS' 15g Weight DiskMFB:
Hasbro skipped the Metal System, and went straight to the HWS when they launched Beyblade Metal Fusion. Throughout Metal Fusion to Metal Masters, the only difference between the two were some stickers and slight mold changes.
>Hasbro Dark was actually better than Takara Tomy's>Hasbro's Earth was always Takara Tomy's mold 2>Hasbro's Burn doesn't have "Burn Wheel" engraved into itHowever, when Metal Fury came around, things began to turn sour.
>Removing the 4D system from the PTS which gimped every 4D system bey in that line>Replacing parts for no reason(EX: Hasbro's Blitz Unicorno didn't even come with a RSF, which had previously been released with Ray Gil)>No equipment>Spark FX>Releasing the actual 4D system under the name"Hyperblades", and only releasing a handful of them.>BeywheelzHasbro's release of Zero-G-"Shogun Steel"-was a step in the right direction, but old habits die hard.
>no stickers>redesigning Stone Faces>releasing recolors as the definitive version>no equipment>gimping the Zero-G stadium by adding pockets>only releasing one Zero-G stadium>Not releasing the last few Zero-G beys>Beyraiderz>BeywarriorsAlso, Hasbro never released any metal faces, apart from video game bundles.
Burst:
>Slopes instead of teeth; making them harder to burst>Over Layers are made of a lower quality material; easier to break>No stickers>Layer Cores have extra plastic in the center to accommodate a QR code>Hasbro layers and drivers are not compatible with Takara Tomy layers and drivers>Disks are cross-compatible>Hasbro still has yet to release any Takara Tomy equipmentIt really feels like Hasbro's trying to distance themselves from Takara Tomy.
