A lot of people like the Asian Barbie Extra dolls face and hair, but they don't like the fact that Mattel gave her a fat curvy body, so a lot of people are re-bodying her onto the normal Barbie body. Once you put the fat curvy dolls head on a normal body you would never ever be able to tell that the head was once attached to a fat body, and that's why "Curvy" Barbie still manages to look cute. Because Mattel didn't sculpt a realistic head with a slight double chin to go with a body that has that much mass on it.
