Instead you get goofy names with raised sculpting or cut outs suspiciously the same size as faction stickers. In China its hard to to prove copyright and likeness with a figure with original tooling. Hasbro and Takara do go after KO companies, but usually they threaten retailers with not selling them official stock if they also sell KOs of their products. Interestingly enough, third party manufacturers will pull product from retailers if they start selling KOs of their work, like how MMC, FP, and Maketoys pulled out of Robot Kingdom as the guy who owns that also sells and owns companies that make KOs of their work.
