>>9349996There's so many kits and designs I'd just browse around and get the robots you think are cool. I realised after a while that besides the Full Armor Gundam and Stormbringer, I only like the Zeon MS. I also find a lot of the newer designs are unappealing.
Even just looking at UC and early generations/time line Gundam there's enough good kits to choose from to keep you going for a long time. You can also get into resin conversion kits that are particularly nice. Zaku II 2.0 is my favourite kit, you might be like me and love the Thunderbolt designs, Ver. KA kits are also pretty nice. Converting the really old kits might be your thing if you really want the old anime look.
