In the manga Blue didn't even try to use his paralysis attack on Tao so its possible in the manga universe that it might've worked vs him and if that is true then it might've worked against King Piccolo too and so on and so forth, making him potentially one of the deadliest threats
Colonel Violet is someone I would like too. Simply because she's cute and its nice to have a bad girl character.
