Just that they haven't officially announced ex02 yet and they have no obligation to uphold pre-orders from stores that have jumped the gun and put up their preorder pages before it's even been properly announced. And that they don't have plans for a second run of Nicee. No mention of shit being canceled whatsoever.
The only other source I can find on the topic about BFB not doing transformers in the future is this post from the archive, which I can pretty safely assume is also you considering you used "Transformers™" in both posts.
