A good 90% of what I buy anymore is NECA stuff and I don't have anywhere near that kind of problem rate. Like...at all. I can count the number of problems I've had (major issues, not simple stuff like a stuck joint) on one hand.
Also the wires on your Endo are fine, that's how they're supposed to be. That's how they are on that figure release anyway. I bought two of the "window box" releases to help fill out my endo army.
