Not pol anon but i agree on some things, i just think barbie isn't about fun anymore, she always has a message or a purpose now
and i think addressing some of the criticism she was subjected was their biggest mistake like she isn't allowed anymore to be feminine, conventionally pretty, fashion focused, girls centered or anything western modern feminism will condone
now she has to be modest, woke and inspirational
that why mga is taking over the "girl" aisles they're just not afraid to be unapologetically girly and appeal to their demographic not just their parents or the general public
