I got a little figurine today, there's some sort of buildup of plastic on it. It's white and the bits sort of stick out, as if there was a layer of something that has been scratched off in that area.
I attached a pic but my phone camera is pretty shit so it hardly shows anything. Left hand side is the build up of plastic. It's not an expensive figure or anything, I was just wondering if there was anything I could do
