Which one of these two sets would you consider the best accessory to the Prison Island? Both have the two villain figs that are not in 60130, but 60129 also has the two police figures that are not in Prison Island. On the other hand, 60131 provides a home base for the villains, and is less expensive, but gives you another helicopter and a dupe of one of the police figs. What do you think?
