Fan perception is such a weird thing. Cheetor in his original form is considered one of THE Beast Wars characters (2nd BW MP and 1st BW RED figures). I have just finished the first season of BW and while I haven't done any hard math, I feel pretty confident in saying that the only characters with less screen time than Cheetor were Scorponok (no spotlight episode), Airrazor (joined the cast later) and Inferno (introduced almost at the very end).
On that topic, I'm sure that with enough talk among the fans we can expect Transmetals and Fuzors to be covered in the lines following Kingdom.
