>>10737252Funny enough I was actually working on this before I picked up the VVSS sherman again. I'm converting the tamiya Easy Eight into a Soviet Easy eight by adding a spare dragon rear diesel engine deck and exhausts along with some smaller things. The Soviets did receive HVSS M4A2s towards the end of the war. They were too late for any action against the Germans but the reds were prepping for the war against Japan. This is were some shit gets hazy because some reports say the HVSS shermans weren't used because the T66 tracks was giving the Soviets issues in testing while others say they were used in the August Offensive. The Sherman closer in pic related cleary shows it's an HVSS and the terrain looks like it could be Manchuria so there's a possibility they saw combat
