Seems simple enough. Change the splash screen and Roster to the Localized english names. But they got the Box Art, the Splash Screen and the Shell correct but the Roster wrong. So really the only thing I can think of is that they somehow swapped the two Splash Screens and then proceeded to put them in the (incorrect) corresponding shells and packagings. Because I can't imagine them doint a monumental fuckup like somehow swapping the rosters. It HAS to have been a Splash Screen fuck up, in my opinion.
In any case, Bandai America really did pull the greatest April Fool's prank on us. And the worst part is, it doesn't even end lol.
