>>10761645I wish somebody told me at the time that this was as peak as Mcfarlane and military themed western figures were ever going to get. This was my first western 6 inch figure ever and I ridiculed it at the time for the awkward looking articulation cuts and limited posability. Now Mcfarlane has improved on their articulation but their products look cheap, shitty and boring; Id now rather return to their Halo and Cod stuff which was truly peak as far as sculpting and paint goes. I also regret not getting a handful more Ghosts, Woods and Price. Just didnt realize how good we had it with Mcfarlane until too late.
There has also been no better military line than this since. These Cod figures are exactly 6 inch as advertised so they scale with Mafex perfectly and work well with Figma. Literally every other western line such as Gi Joe, Valaverse and Jazware Cod, even if stated to be 6 inch is actually 6.5-7 inches and looks stupidly oversized for Figma and even Mafex. Even if the Jazware Cod stuff was better scaled they look like utter shit compared to these 5 year + toys. Unbelievable. Black Series Star Wars is the only domestic toyline right now that scales well with Figma and looks decent. I know not to even bother with any other line.
