While it is not Romania it is not uncommon to find old torn money from neighboring countries. I would bet Romania would have a similar thing there. Go to the area during the days they are not working and just look on the ground. Expect to see a lot of fakes as well. Romani don’t know the value of real Lego so you might find some good deals as well when they are open.
