They didn't even try to put in some clever engineering for the transformations so the figure ended up being a partsformer with all of the transformations requiring you to pull off the entire legs and slapping a different pair onto the hipjoints.
Here's the thing: those legs reuse a lot of the moulds of the standard ones which results in them also featuring a hefty amount of diecast to the point that the entire set features more metal content OFF the figure than on it, driving up the price in the process.
