Buyer here. I just received an item (a PS2 DVD remote control) that was completely different than the one listed in the auction. How does this even happen? I don’t want to get to mad, but the seller actually took pictures of the remote and it’s a completely different model than than the one I received. It’s still a PS2 DVD remote, but an earlier model that requires a dongle to work. It also doesn’t have two buttons I specifically bought the DVD remote for. I can’t even use this remote because it requires a unique dongle to work on all PS2’s, unlike the one I originally ordered. I want to give the seller the benefit of the doubt and hope it was a simple mistake. I am just pretty annoyed since the seller hasn’t responded yet. It’s only been about a day and I privately messaged them. I don’t want to escalate the situation unless the seller outright ignores me
