The thing that would make it difficult is getting the upper torso of a figma sparated from the bottom half, that double ball joint is weak on the taobao but can be a bastard on the figma. I had one break and it was a very unpleasant experience. Further more the skin tone won't match and the joint/sockets may not match up.
Maybe a braver soul than me might go for a try at it.
