as for the pin vice, don't get that cheap double ended one that's everywhere.
something with a chuck will be better.

if youre in it for the longhaul.
some micro hss machining bits are better
pic related.
because the shanks are wider.
so you can interchange them quickly. but these are fragile bits & brake easily.
