Granted, they only carry the popular mobile suits, so sorry to say, but no, you won't find a Magella tank or pic related in a store (speaking of which, I managed to track one down but was fucking 1500y second hand, as opposed to msrp of 500y)
If you're visiting Japan sometime, I suggest Surugaya - they're another 2nd hand hobby store, I think there are a few in Akihabara,
Or you can try House Off/Hobby Off, another 2nd hand chain.
