Greedo is needed to go with the new Han that's coming and Arliel has never been made before so there's a novelty with that. Not to mention his costume can be reused for one of the Duros that's in the Cantina too and they already have a head and hands to swap that out with, so it's another never before made character using existing tooling. Nabrun is the one I can see not being made simply because his assembly is more expensive with the extra arms and he's got a serviceable figure.
