>>5661560Hi, in term of quality and details, there is the Zukan (pic), especially if you like (part of) the family. You'll need to trow a little money though, I'd say at least 40$ for the set. If you don't care about the base, or about the other members of the family, you can grab them for way cheaper.
Sadly that is all I see for this family. Well you have the Tomy and the Kids one, they're not bad, just not incredible.
For Cyndaquil, you have more choice. The Hasbro one (both shiny and normal version) is quite big and good looking. The clipping figure (tiny but nice), the Zukan (very tiny by itself, but the family looks so good) the Diamond and Pearl Lottery figure (big!), etc etc. here is a pic of a nice Cyndaquil collection :
