Again, it wasn't until a year after the N64 came out that the PSX hit its stride, but before that the N64 was hugely popular and sold so many in it equaled the PSX's numbers in less than a year.
You love ignoring the fact that SEGA was selling billions of dollars worth in games/consoles, because you want to pretend that SEGA wasn't popular. You want to pretend that because something else sold more that somehow everything else doesn't matter. It's not a zero sum game.
But that's besides the point: you're ignoring all the ads that showed that Tomb Raider was on the Saturn, because you either weren't born yet or a poorfag who ignored everything that wasnt PSX.
>>7043525I dont' think I've ever been to VR, but the N64 had a lot of party games and multiplayer was very popular. Popular enough so that many games were sold as just multiplayer/party games. Obviously, multiplayer wasn't popular on the PSX. Their key to popularity was single player RPGs.
