Pretty much the main difference is basically just the paint mask vs print job, and the print job looks pretty bad because it's a low resolution print and usually done on light skin tones.
And yes, these are 4" and 3.75" figure heads. They're done in 105% from the production molded heads will be, so that's a 5% difference between what they sculpted and what we get. Sculpted detail remains, but it shrinks a tiny bit.
