There are likely a lot of different factions and armor decos within the Trooper ranks. Again, my point: if a rebel soldier who doesn't know Finn sees a weird colored Stormtrooper, even with some mechanical junk on him, will he think, "hmm, must be a rebellious defector!" or will his first instinct be "STORMTROOPER" and shoot immediately?
