He's a incredibly interesting character , very unique design I mean he's old as shit yet quiet intimidating at least initially before he runs away and gets his ass kicked by Piccolo. Added a whole lot to the franchise and almost a sort of horror element to his saga.
the problem with 21 is that she has a lame design and no charisma. She is very obviously just a excuse for a new villain for dbz fighterz. Her whole stick is what if ..........all this time Gero had a really hot wife and she had the power to have all the powers (like cell) except ....she has majin buu shit. Its just really uninspired and not a very interesting concept. But pretty much most character designs after dragonball z has ended, has been awful and if you think otherwise then i'm sorry but I diagnose you with bad taste.
