I like leaving the bullbars out in his robot mode. It's a good centerpiece to his chest. Plus without it he's got the gappy hinge right on there that looks a bit ugly. It actually made me think the bullbar piece was even missing when I first got him.
I also trimmed off those little tabs on his "wrists" so I can spin his hands 360. He's not really designed to have wrist articulation but you can kind of make it work if you just untab the wheels from the forearms and the hands from the wheels.
Fun guy though. I only wish I could find some decepticon logos that could fit the tiny tiny spaces they're meant to go on.
