Considering distributors like Diamond are now carrying the JoyToy line, it seems like mcFarlane's license was pretty limited. They're both in the direct market and no one has a mass market license for it.
Personally, i'd like to see McFarlane spend an extra buck on paint apps and sell them for $35. At 6", i really don't army build so i care little about scale here.
Also, it's not like JoyToy gives a shit about scale either. Here's the real fuck up, considering how it's the perfect size to actually make everything to scale and make army building fun.
But then, Games Workshop never cared about scale either, huh? No one gives a shit about WH40k being in scale.
