Even if I really like the full armor with all the blue decorations + white cape of her Lion King persona, I'm sure the design is going to be somewhat simplified in the movie to make animation easier like it always happens with Mordred's armor (happened both in Apocrypha anime and Camelot movie).
When Lancer Artoria was announced they used the third ascension game design, but taking into account they also used Merlin game design back then but the actual figure is based on Babylonia's anime (where every character was drawn Takeuchi-style) I wouldn't take that as proof of anything.
