The Rock figures, a Die Hard figure in 1:18 scale, Halo McMaster Chief, the Blind Master, Storm Shadow Renegades redecos, a bunch of other ninjas, fucking Night Viper, Kwinn the Eskimo, Bushido, Data Viper a brand new helicoptor that's improved over the original Tomahawk.... nah, the Retaliation line had a TON of hype that road on the popularity of everything before it.
In fact, people were excited because a lot more stock was going to be produced and stocked than Pursuit of Cobra and the 30th/50th Anniversary line. A lot of army buildable designs and tacticool stuff like the "Cobra Combat Ninja" and a red Alley Viper was going to be released.
The fact that everything was delayed was the real sore spot, given the fact that a lot of what /toy/ didn't like was mostly just cheapshit vehicle drivers. Stuff like that cobra parachuter was liked.
