Looking mean AND articulated is pretty difficult, there's not really much of anything of articulated stylized dinosaurs that will be larger than a 6 inch figure. You already know about mattels offerings and botm. I might suggest getting something non articulated, like an x plus one million year bc dino or gwangi(10 inches or so), or the W-Dragon retro tyrannosaurus(about 8 inches tall)
