RDs generally are not entirely painted unless they're Metal RDs or Ka Signature releases (or Nightingale, heh). Interestingly, the black sections of the Ingram's midsection and wrists are also bare, polished plastic. The fit of the separate white/black sections is seamless and gives the Labors a consistent gloss finish over the entire figure.
They're really nice figures and well worth picking up if you're a fan of the design.
