I know you probably did this because the English listings are gone, but if we compare these two listings, the top screencapped just now, and the bottom screencapped in 2020, you can see where the "limit 1" text is usually placed right above the bookmark button. It is not there on the HiRM Noir.
So it seems Amiami was/is putting limits on SOME Bandai products, but they were not doing it on kits. Which is apparently why they're in the doghouse now.
