Comparing to anime piracy also doesn't work, again it's comparing small business to big business. Anime is a BILLION dollar industry. Lots of doll companies probably dont even hit $500k a year profits.

I definitely recommend you take the time to seal the headcap, and practice thinning your paints to a comfortable consistency and then practice drawing nice thin lines on that headcap. Thin, long lines are hard and require a lOT of practice and muscle memory, so don't be discouraged if you dont get it right away. If youre gonna use watercolours, just wipe the first batch of lines off with water and try again. Please post an update as well!
