>>9797344>revolutionized realistic human toysLMAO NO!
Holy shit, maybe if you were only looking at imports who sucked shit at making non-cartoony faces or Hasbro's barely painted figures
Fully painted faces like pic is like a miniature real life human sitting or standing at your desk. It's almost creepy looking down or up at them, because of how life like the paint matches someone's skin. Nevermind all the other paint apps being almost exact.
Nevermind the way Bandai did prints, the unpainted semi-glossy plastic was showing through, ruining the look they're going for. Used as shading like DCC/Hasbro/etc used it isn't even a good substitute for shading and paint wipes, but thems the breaks in China's peasants demanding higher pay.
Seriously, the printed details shit is a step down from where we were pre-2015.
>They're also very simple with partscounts in the single digits.Have you ever seen modern toy molds? Theyre not using playdoh to make toys. They're using HIGH PRESSURE molten plastic to fill a mold with, so they can only fit like 1-3 pieces most of the time.
Go look at 4H's blog to see what molds look like.
>If they can't work around stuck joints they aren't high-end.LOL, dat coping mechanism. Cutting features isn't high end and most collectors aren't so autistic they can't deal with stiff/non-smooth joints.
