they're using some 1 x 2 x 1.66 brick with studs on the side but flat top that doesn't physically exist. or then something that i can't figure out
back wheels or whatever they're called can't spin since they're in contact with the side studs. tried offsetting them but then the hook thing has no place
the hook thing has to be either one plate too high or low because the wheel holder is on the same level as it in that game rendering
