Or do they own the design by default when they licensed them out in the first place? If these are successful I could see TT absorbing FT's talent and putting that budget towards transforming toys instead. Would be a pretty good step in trying to combat third party, as their biggest strength is being able to make TFs from any concept art they want. This is especially relevant now that both MP and Mainline are doing G1 remakes.
