The ineptitude goes all the way to the top, jannies either seem to not know what they're doing, go about deleting spam in a halfassed manner (only removing some and leaving a fuckton still up) and at times can almost seem malicious, banning people for unjustified reasons.
Someone posted here recently their talk with a useless lard of a mod on IRC, regarding the retro spam, and he considered it not a problem.
And then there's Hiro, who for one can't understand the english language so communication is fucked and he seems to have totally disappeared and left this site to fester into a giant shitheap of the mentally ill being as obnoxious as possible.
